原理概述 Principle overview：

WLB8201KIT试剂盒基于一种常温恒温核酸快速扩增技术：在常温恒温下（一般为39ºC~42ºC），在辅助蛋白和单链结合蛋白的帮助下，重组酶和引物形成复合体；进行同源搜索并结合目的同源域，此时在该同源位置形成D-loop区并开始进行链交换；伴随着重组酶从复合体上解离，聚合酶也结合到引物的3’末端，开始链的延伸。

This kit is based on a room temperature and constant temperature nucleic acid rapid amplification technology: at room temperature and constant temperature (generally 39ºC~42ºC), with the help of auxiliary proteins and single-chain binding proteins, the recombinase and primers form a complex; homology search is performed And combines with the target homologous domain, at this time, a D-loop region is formed at the homologous position and strand exchange begins; as the recombinase dissociates from the complex, the polymerase also binds to the 3' end of the primer, starting the chain exchange extend.

引物设计 Primer design：

建议使用长度在 30-35 bp 的引物，引物过短会影响扩增速度和检测灵敏度；引物设计避免形成二级结构而影响扩增；扩增子长度建议在 150-300 bp，通常不超过 500 bp。
