| References | BAY 11-7082 (19542-67-7) selectively inhibits TNFα-induced phosphorylation of IκB-α leading to decreased nuclear NF-κB and decreased adhesion molecule expression without affecting constitutive IκB-α phosphorylation.1 The effects on adhesion molecule expression were found to be irreversible.
