References | Tylosin is a macrolide antibiotic originally produced by Streptomyces. Like other macrolides, tylosin binds the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome, suppressing mitochondrial protein translation; it inhibits peptidyl transferase, preventing translocation. Tylosin displays antibacterial efficacy against most gram positive and some gram negative bacteria such as Campylobacter. 参考文献: Liu M, Douthwaite S.
