4,5-二氨基荧光素双乙酸酯(DAF-2DA)的英文4,5-Diaminofluorescein . diacetate荧光探针，用于检测细胞中NO,而且不与活性氧作用,4,5-二氨基荧光素双乙酸酯(DAF-2DA)是一氧化氮特异荧光染料。上海惠诚生物提供DAF-2 DA (cell permeable) 1mg ≥98% (HPLC)科研分析专用。 Cell permeable analog of DAF-2 that is hydrolyzed to DAF-2 by intracellular esterases. Can be used in fluorescence microscopy to measure real-time changes in nitric oxide (NO) levels in vivo (Ex(max): 495nm; Em(max): 515nm). Prepare 500-fold dilution (~10µM) in phosphate buffer (0.1M phosphate, pH 7.4) immediately before use. BSA, phenol red and amines may affect the fluorescence and must be used with caution. Do not store diluted solutions.
