Description

Resveratrol, a polyphenol phytoalexin, possesses diverse biochemical and physiological actions, including estrogenic, antiplatelet, and anti-inflammatory properties. Piceid or polydatin is the major resveratrol derivative in grape juices. Glucuronidated and sulfated forms of resveratrol are the main metabolites in human.1,2,3,4,5
