Drug Screening Kits are available to identify topoisomerase active drugs for use in cancer chemotherapy and antibacterial applications. The company also provides assay kits for assaying both prokaryotic and eukaryotic topoisomerases (type I, II, IV, gyrase), both in vitro and in vivo.
